At Little Giant Ladder, we stand behind the safety and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your ladder in its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
